The serving size is two capsules but it might not be a bad idea to start with one.I kept hearing about this supplement so I looked into it. Tongkat ali is an adaptogen, meaning that whatever is off about your hormones, high or low, it helps fix it. I have had wonderful results from adaptogens like ashwagandha and was interested to see if this could help me as well.This supplement is not just for men. As an adaptogen it is supposed to help get hormones at the right level no matter what, male or female. From what I have read, this is great for women as well.I have only been taking this for two days so it is a little early to be sure about results yet. It might just be placebo effect or other factors. As a woman, my hormones fluctuate throughout the month and make it more challenging to attribute any changes to just one thing. But if this supplement is as universally beneficial as it seems I am excited about how much it can help me. And if the two capsule serving size is too strong for me as I might suspect, this one bottle could last me 180 days!The "best by" date on the bottle I received is just under two years which is pretty standard.
