This was a great addition for our 4 year old on our recent road trip. It probably works best in a van with more room but we made it work in our Durango. My only complaint was the awful smell! I read other reviews and saw that people had mentioned the smell so I opened it as soon as I got it and let it air out before our trip, thankfully!

I ordered this for a road trip with my daughter. I love the idea of this, but the reality wasn't perfect. Two of the snaps for the side pouches were broken when I received this, I managed to cobble together one side, so at least one pouch attaches. The cute little pockets under the tablet pouch are a little short for crayons, so they all broke when I put them in the pockets and closed the tray, there is also a weirdly placed Velcro strip under the "crayon" pockets that is too short to attach to the corresponding strip. I also thought this lap desk was padded between the tray and lap, is not so I folded up a small blanket to add padding. We'll use this more when my 3 year old is bigger but right now it doesn't fit great with her car seat.

worked great for 2 year old to read books and not fall on floor.

Really didn’t work for my 4 and 5 1/2 year olds... I bought it so they could have a “lap station” for coloring and playing with action figures on long drives. it was too big and the zipper jammed so they couldn’t open and close it themselves.

It's to low for ur table an the table doesn't work if u have on the back of the front seat. I wouldn't buy it if I knew this

Not quite as sturdy as expected. One of the two were bought and used for vacation for the first time a few days later...it has already ripped.

Got them for my kids to use. They were ok. Just not as sturdy as a lap table as I thought. Lots of pockets for organizing. Will take out of car and put in our camper for art organizing
