As we came to the end of the pandemic I needed to start exercising again. However, I had relocated for work and didn't like the look of any of the local gyms. So I decided to build a home gym. First thing I needed was something to do cardio on. I liked that I could do both cross trainer or exercise bike with this item, despite some of the mixed reviews about getting this kind of equipment from Amazon.It was really straight-forward to assemble; did it by myself in under an hour. It was missing a washer, which means during use there is a faint occasional knocking sound. It's not loud and is not a deal breaker. As long as I regularly oil the moving parts the sound doesn't seem to occur.The resistance doesn't go as high as I may have liked, however, this makes it ideal for steady state cardio instead of high intensity sessions. I am a big fan of steady state cardio, so that suits me fine. The display is easy to read and use. Only minor quibble is the stride motion could do with being a little longer. But I understand the need for it to be as it is to accommodate use as an exercise bike.I have owned it for over a year now, using it three to four times a week, either as a warm up before using my free weights, to do cardio or as a warm down. I have encountered no problems with it. It is stable, with smooth action and a comfortable seat (some people may find it a little too firm, but I prefer a firmer seat).All-in-all a great purchase for my home gym set up.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Set up in the spare room in a matter of minutes. Does what it says on the tin! great price

i've been using this for 4 weeks now. firstly the delivery was prompt and product was easy to assemble. Quality item good sturdy structure. Its not too bulky just an average exercise bike size. I bought this with myself and daughter in mind for using the bike element and my hubby the cross trainer but i find the cross trainer a much more worth while workout. it monitors you speed/time/calories and overall distance. I'm totally happy with the machine, tho the plastic inserts on the handle bars keep coming out which loosens the bars you push so i have to stop after about 10 minutes to push back in but that's not a major issue and i'd glue them but they are seals so you can change the bars over for the bike mode so i wont bother ( in fairness it doesn't affect the workout and for this price its my only gripe if i'm being picky)

First one arrived damaged and amazon were very quick to replace it which was great. Assembley instructions are not clear and u have to work a lot out for yourself.......can go wrong and not so easy to undo. It works fine....but a bit rickety n noisy.......you get what you pay for.

OK so it took me around 20 mins with unpacking sorting the parts out.... I took a break for the 1pm news after that I decided to use a 13,19,17,spanners which made it easier I've got big hands and the tools they provided was OK but you get to tighten easier with ring spanners all in all around an hour or just under I took me time I'm 55 a younger person probably would take half my time. But it's sturdy easy to use just tighten everything before u start really the instructions are OK just make sure u finger tighten before u fully tighten in case you get anything wrong... But u shouldnt its easy enough to put together.

This took the best part of two hours to put together as the instructions are pretty useless. It confuses you by teling you to put parts together that you don't have so you spend time loking through all the bits only to realise that they are already assembled within the main body of the unit. I'm not inerested about parts that someone has already put together in the factory, only the bits I have to do!Anyway, when you realise this it is pretty straightforward to put together but just really fiddly. The tools are provided but I think the spanner type tool could be better. It is flat thin metal so when you are using to tighten the bolts, you really hurt your hands as there is no soft grip so you end up with the inprint of the tool on your hand!Assembly aside, it seems pretty sturdy when in use and is easy to adjust the tension to make it easier or harder. We tested it to see how much noise it makes in a different room and went downstairs. It is quite noticeable so may need to invest in a vibration mat but appart from that it is good and am hoping this wil help me to lose those extra pounds I have been putting on recently

We had fantastic communication to let us know when we would receive the cross trainer, and it was delivered exactly as we expected. My hubby put off setting it up for me for a couple of days after reading all the reviews; I finally persuaded him this afternoon it was not going to do us much good sat in the box, 20 minutes later it was up and running. I can honestly say, the instructions could be a little confusing but it is a case of putting 8 bolts in, just remember stand behind the trainer so you know which side the instructions refer to and when doing the left hand side it is a left hand thread on the back piece, when you are putting one together it will make more sense. Do not be put off by how long it can take to be put together, its a good bit of kit.

bought this as you would imagine for exercising however after using it fairly often (2/3 times a week since we got it) the bearings have gone and its making a right racket so its now unusable without upsetting the whole street really disappointed with this - dont buy it spend a bit more money and get something better.its worth also noting that the holder on the back of the speedometer broke within a week of having the item this was an accidental breakage but it didnt take much if hardly any force for it to snap
