Doesn't work
There is a tiny little caveat in the description that reads, "Please Note: For maximum functionality, you will need to dim your screen." I dimmed my screen to 50% for these photos. Clearly, someone sitting beside me on an airplane could clearly see whatever was on my screen. The first photo is a 45% angle, the second photo I got a bit further away and a bit more to the side. Someone with good vision could still comprehend my screen. To claim that this keeps your screen safe from "shoulder surfers" is laughable.If I must dim to less than 50%, I have trouble reading the words on my screen. Even AT 50%, frankly, I have a bit of trouble.For the price ($39.99) I find this to be outrageous! And for it to be "Amazon's Choice"?? I let that influence my decision a lot.I'm hugely disappointed and will be returning this.

I love the magnetic feature however it has some design flaw
Overall this is a great screen privacy protector for Mac book air user. (I use the 2015 model 13”)I really like the magnetic feature, the protector sheet sticks at the top (not magnetic on the bottom or sides, just the top) .1 thing I don’t like is that the laptop doesn’t close all the way with the protector on. Which is a bit annoying.It came with a plastic case for the screen protector to store the sheet, which is nice, but that doesn’t mean I don’t want my computer to not close all the way with the protector on.Overall I am happy with the quality, and glad that I finally feel a bit more secure when I work on my computer at a coffee shop.

Best I have purchased ever and I have bought several over the years for different computer and 0 were magnetic. They all had the sticky strips that will lose strength over time, or if it holders with adhesive to keep the screen in place they fall off at some point also. The magnets give the option of taking the Privacy Screen off when you do want others to see your screen with out praying if it is taken off will it stick again. I also purchased a camera cover (for FaceTime) to prevent hackers for looking in where the should not and it sticks great on the privacy screen surface. MAGNETS is are what need and what you want to be. If you aren't a smooth operator now you will be once you buy this product. If our Earth trust it's magnetic poles to help create our protection from the Sun well... If its good enough for Mother Earth it's good enough for you. Lol, no I am not paid to say any of this nor do I know the company. In fact I have never written this much in a review even when I hated the product. But I did write a review that was bad enough the owner wanted to correct the problem for exchange of removing the post.

Good but a little fuzzy
Product came fast, and also provides excellent privacy. However, due to the magnetic strip applied to the top of the film it has a little gap at the top. This gap causes the top portion of the screen to become fuzzy so the words are a little hard to read. Other than then product is awesome!

Excellent fit to the screen - no overhanging edges or distracting overlaps. Magnetic top looks like part of your screen frame - is almost invisible. One idea would be to make the top magnetic strip solid for those of us who want to cover the camera completely......

ALMOST Perfect
If you've ever had a privacy screen for any laptop or computer, then you know that the screen isn't going to be as clear as it would if you put a privacy screen on your cell phone. I can still see everything and it works a bit better (for privacy purposes) if you lower the brightness of your screen. The magnet is super strong so I don't even need the additional adhesive pads unless I want to secure the bottom of the protector (not really necessary).**WHY I DIDN'T GIVE IT FIVE STARS** There's an opening for the webcam, but an optional cover is the only thing that's missing.

Wanted a privacy screen that fit a 2018 MacBook Air and stayed in place. Got a tinted screen that stays in place, BUT IT IS NOT A PRIVACY SCREEN. Can be viewed on all sides

Great once it flattens out!
Once it flattens out (curved from shipping) this thing is amazing! It really does provide great privacy on a plane or anywhere and you can barely tell it’s on. It softens the screen a bit, but overall worth it for the added privacy.
