Q: Can this unit be plumbed into a compressed air system as a aftercooler for a air compressor? max air psi would be under 200.

These units are not made for compressed air applications. The air side pressure is too high and will damage the fins.

Q: Will this cool down a 300 sq ft. room to about 75°F when it's over 100°F outside?

Hi kevin, this depends on the temperature of the refrigerant, in theory the solution is feasible if the temperature of the refrigerant is low enough. Also if the size of the heat exchanger and the airflow of the fan is bigger, the cooling capacity will be bigger. Model: C16x16 is recommended for a 300 sq. ft room.

Q: Is there a built in check valve in these models?

There is no check valve in these water to air heat exchanger.

Q: How can I connect water tap to the copper port?

Please use the sweat adapter or push to fit connecter to connect the water tap and copper port.
