Perfect and exactly as described. This was not "handed to the customer" but was chucked in a corner of mint leaves next to the back door! I have a door bell which would raise he dead and that was not used!Great item but usual sloppy Amazon Prime delivery!

I bolted two rubber lined pipe clips to it and attached it to the swan neck on my boat for my flagpole - perfect!
