Having an HVAC for installation might not be required but based on age and location of part and wire code might me different on the other end you may want to.

5 minutes to change out. Works great. Fast shipment.

no stand offs
First thing that goes is the plastic standoffs. It's such a tight squeeze to get in there that you just cut the damn standoff off. Is bored did not come with standoffs. So I just took a baby zip tie and zip tied it the thick wires. Some of the other boards come with the standoffs for the same price. Do your homework.
