Company isn't holding up on 100% lifetime guarantee...
I purchased this bag two years ago, a year before we had our child, and the straps are tearing very badly. I emailed the company to see if they would come through on their lifetime guarantee and I've yet to hear back from the company. It's disappointing but I guess you get what you pay for. If you're wanting to buy this bag for the warranty aspect, I would not recommend it. There are other similar bags for less money I would look to buy.
