Wobbly when you pick things up but perfect for air fryer eggs
I bought these specifically to try air fryer eggs and I think they'll be great for cornbread and other muffins. I use them for eggs a lot. Now, they do fly around if you use the air fryer (due to the high fan speed) but put them in with Bake function and they're ok. I do that with a little bit of butter to start. Then plop in the eggs and they're stable with the air fryer on. But be wary picking them up as they do flop around a bit, being silicone. And they get HOT! Knowing that, you're fine. I'm very happy with them and they're really useful and easy to store and clean.

Tricky
Well, I've had these for a few weeks and for the life of me I can't get a satisfactory result like the video! It could be operator error even though I have followed the instructions. If I can't get a decent poached egg from them they will always be useful for something else so nothing lost.
