Packed with the ingredients to help your body top up with the nutrients you need. Size is ok and wife finds them easy to swallow and no nasty taste. Good value at 20p a tablet. Pack comes with 30 tablets and dosage is one or two a day.

There are two ingredients in this supplement- soy isoflavones and vitamin b6. I’ve used other menopausal supplements that have a much wider range of vitamins and minerals, but the isoflavones are missing. It is these soy based compounds that mimic oestrogen. I’m not keen on using soy on a long term basis due to the genetically modified nature of most soy, but I wanted to see if the isoflavones made a difference. I’m already on HRT and so I already have a hormonal boost.I’m about halfway through the packet and I’ve not noticed an improvement. I wonder if these will be better suited to those not on HRT.I do like the brand - Healthspan are a longstanding quality brand that I can trust. While I may not but these again, I would buy more Healthspan products.

Although this seems pricey, it really is worth it. The tablets are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste.I suffer with dry eyes and I can honestly say these have helped. I don't feel like I constantly have grit in my eyes all the time, for this reason alone I will continue to buy.Fantastic quality again from Healthspan.

Easy to swallow but they don't smell that great. They do seem to help ease the symptoms. These are some of the cheapest I've seen! So just great value.
