Is having a pre-printed journal with places to put in your trades really any better than just a simple blank journal at a fraction of the price?Depends....do you normally write down and document your trades...have you journaled before and are still doing it now...or have you come up with excuses to not log your trades?If you already journal on a regular basis, then you may not need this trading journal. But if you have refrained from journaling your trades or do not know where to start, this journal is a decent investment to help you get into the good habit.There are about six pages per trade event. You get to record your entry, exit, reasons for doing them, reflection and feedback. For me, I print out a chart of the trade, cut it out and paste it into the journal.For my own needs, I would have preferred if the journal was larger in dimensions as I would not have to shrink my charts so much to fit it into the pages.

I was looking for a trading journal but other I bought where technical this one was a mix of both. I very much loved that it asked how I felt while trading never thought of that very well made too know my husband wants one.
