Secondary ear piercing on the left would not heal. Over 6 months post piercing and it kept weeping, bleeding and the bump was present. I used other piercing lotions, it would calm down, feel fine then start all over again. If you have a piercing (especially a cartilage piercing) this is an absolute godsend.My conch became inflamed, swollen and weepy after a few weeks of being pierced - it also throbbed with pain. I bought this gel and set about helping myselfI would let water wash over the front and back in the shower to clear the site, use the Prontolind spray on a cotton bud to clean it and then a small squeeze of the gel end of the process for good measure.Within days the pain went, the swelling reduced significantly and my ear now looks normal.All of the Prontolind products are brilliant.

I choose this as I thought it would be more convenient than the spray, but to be fair it's not as good for piercings, left a sticky residue on my nose ring, having said that thought it did help quite quickly to heal my irritated nose piercing from changing stud to ring.

I decided it would be a great idea to pierce my own ears so wanted to be prepared for after care . The ear piercing was surprisingly easy and this as after care was brilliant. I didn’t get any irritation or soreness . It’s a lot better than the spray that I hardly used as it was just too messy . I definitely recommend. X

It arrived sealed shut so I was unable to use it properly. Ended up popping in my face. I like the gel but wasn’t able to get the use from it I wanted. Packaging is confusing as it doesn’t tell you how to properly open the tube, unless I had a faulty tube, I don’t know.

I was sceptical about this product at first but I can honestly say it's been amazing. I've struggled with a couple of relatively new piercings as they kept getting caught and bleeding, then one started to become infected. I've used the product morning and night for around 10 days & the piercings are practically healed. Amazing product. Thank you 😊

I've had my ears repierced twice as I've always had issues with my left lobe constantly getting infected and this gel has worked wonders. I put this on a few days ago and the swelling has gone down a lot within 1-2 days. I was really concerned thinking I'd have to take them out and get them repierced but the gel has made a significant difference!definitely recommend!
