Updating review to 4 stars. After trying more types this actually tastes better than most.This is the third brand of exogenous ketones that I’ve tried. They definitely increased my level of ketosis. I had cheated a couple days prior and was only showing trace levels when I tested yesterday. After having this in the afternoon and testing in the evening, I was well over moderate. That being said, it’s by far the worst I’ve yet tasted. It’s like a very chemically, cheap, artificial fruit punch flavor with the added negative bonus of being extra salty. This will go to the back of the cupboard and be used only in dire emergencies when I run out of the ones I like.

Tastes horrible, haven't noticed any decrease in hunger or cravings while taking this. I use keto strips to test while intermittent fasting also and haven't noticed any differences while using.

Very disappointing. It tastes like chemical and artificial sweeteners, and I couldn't detect the slightest bit of extra energy or focus from it - something that you immediately get from other products like Keto CaNa or Giant Sports.
