its very easy to make any kind of jello with this product. Its not all dried out like in those Jell-O packets and can be dissolved with 5 minutes soak and 15 seconds in the mic.

Mixing with other gelatin (flavored jelly), results are very good! Happy with product.Regarding "cancer" it is prop65 required by California and it is on every single plastic products (food and not food related). You can find p65 everywhere.
