This is clean, dry, apparently fresh, with few broken berries. The price is much higher than you could get by driving your truck to one of the wheat producing states, but you have to figure the shipping cost into the equation.

This wheat makes our bread and rolls taste great!
A wonderful tasting flour comes from this wheat! We sealed the wheat is 5lb mylar bags and stop until we need them. All of our bread and rolls made with this flour are great!

Delivered broken and leaking wheat
The bag of wheat was delivered in a cardboard box ,that was broken and leaking wheat berries. The bag inside had burst open. Badly packed. Opened the box on a sheet to salvage the berries. The Prairie gold wheat is a light colored wheat, with good flavor. I have used it before. Bread rises well and is tasty. I am currently using it for sourdough bread and in the past have used it in multigrain bread and wholewheat loaves. Wheat is good, but the packaging and delivery were not good at all.
