I have very high arches and most inserts do not help, but these inserts do the job.

Kiddo uses custom orthotics but insurance only covers one pair a year and being at elementary age, show size can chance or three times a year plus I wanted back up in case shoes for wet. Kiddo ortho suggested these and they’ve been great! I bought three sets so I never have to worry about shoes not having the inserts

I bought these for my 3-year-old because he is getting flat feet. We took out the bottom liner of his gym shoes and added these. His foot didn't fit. Tried them in his boots. It fits and works, but he hated wearing those boots now. He also says it's because the boots "aren't cool," so who knows. He no longer complains about the "blue things" in the boots, just the lack of coolness he gets from them. So I assume they work. It just takes some getting used to.

Perfect size, well made. Got these for my son. He has flat feet and it was causing him to be pigeon-toed. The very 1st day he wore the inserts, his feet straightened forward and he was able to walk with less awkwardness. That makes this mama very, very happy!

We used these in a pair of shoes for 9 months with no problems and it didn't change the foot shape but it did correct knee posture and walking posture. However..... By the end of the school year we got her a new pair of shoes and it was so horrible. In the new shoes they caused pressure to the top of the foot causing bruises, and consequently to the bottom of the foot, causing blisters because the insole is too high. This caused discomfort and severe pain to the point where my child actually couldn't even walk. We had to keep her home from school for a week so her feet could heal and recover, while she cried from the pain. Having had both experiences be completely different, I really highly caution parents to choose very wide and roomy shoes with these.

My daughter has had custom inserts made before, and these seem every bit as good for her. These have really helped her gait (flat feet).

I have tiny feet so bought these children’s orthotics. They have exceeded my expectations and I cancelled my appointment to have customade orthotics. They only fit my sneakers - that’s ok.

My son was going to have to get braces for his feet and after wearing these his feet are aligned and he's more steady when walking. I was wrapping his feet in KT Tape but this is so much better. Now our PT recommends to everyone!
