The Balti Cookbook: Fast, Simple And Delicious Stir-Fry Curries Paperback – March 7, 2016

Not sure if I will cook anything from this book, just not my style of cooking - the foods are too rich and fatty!

This is a wonderful cookbook!! I've tried several different dishes and all who have tried them have loved the food.

The book is wonderful, but this second-hand copy was listed as being in good condition. Given the staining to the cover and dust cover, I'm not sure I'd agree. Bought another copy recently which was also listed as 'good', and was. This one was bought for a relative. Just have to give them my original copy.

I bought this because I fancied trying out a few Indian dishes. This book is terrific. Good clear instructions, simple, easy to get hold of ingredients and nice photos of what the dish should look like. It is going to take a while to work my way through the dishes.

Even my fussy husband enjoyed cooking from this book. The receipes are easy to follow, quick to make and very tasty! (With some extra added chillies - we like it very hot).Would recommend it to beginners as well as the experts!

Great book, terrific recipes. This was a present for somebody else but I already had the hardback copy.
