Questo integratore per le articolazioni combina ingredienti come glucosamina solfato e condroitina, noti per supportare la salute articolare. Ho notato una riduzione dei fastidi articolari, specialmente dopo allenamenti intensi o sessioni di calisthenics. Le capsule sono facili da deglutire e non hanno alcun sapore sgradevole.
