Gel tube strip can be cut by yourself with scissors into desired lengths for your toes. Ideal for protection, reducing pressure and friction to all areas of your toe. It can help ease the discomfort of toes rubbing together acting as a toe separator and also reduce friction and pressure from footwear on the upper phalanges/joints of the toes. It may prevent blisters occurring from footwear and offers protection and reduction in pain /discomfort and may reduce the formation of callus and corns around your small toes. Please note that this size of gel tube is not suitable for using on the great/large/big toe as it would be too tight and could restrict your circulation. it is only suitable for the small toes. Before use please ensure that the tube of gel is not too tight around your toe before wearing it for a period of time, and remove at bedtime to avoid restriction of circulation in your toe. It is advisable to wear this type of toe pad no longer than 12 hours maximum at any time. To keep toe gel tube clean you may wash it in soapy water and if necessary and once dry you can apply some talcum powder to remove stickiness. It is not advisable to wear this type of pad on broken skin, wounds or infected or inflamed skin or if you have a circulatory problem or diabetes. Should you experience any discomfort or pain during its use then immediately remove and stop using it and visit your podiatrist.
