Be careful
Make sure you need this dose !!I am healthy and currently in agony with a kidney stone .Calcium is strongly linked to them.Maybe have a lower mg ?

Hard to swallow
These tablets are hard to swallow for me as they are like horse pills (very big) they are chalky although don't have a taste. I have swapped to gummies.

Good supplement from a leading brand
I have used Simply Supplements joint care for many years, but have never had these calcium and magnesium tablets.I got them mainly for the magnesium content and, although it states that you have to take two tablets a day, I intend to take just one a day as I have other supplements which contain calcium and I do not want to overdo it!The tablets themselves are tasteless, which is always good, and fairly easy to swallow. Anyone who has trouble with the larger size of tablets can use a pill cutter.I am very happy with the expiry date - mine is August 2025, and the bottle is well sealed.As we get older, our bones need a little help, and I am confident that these will do the trick for me! For the current price of £8.79 I would say that they are good value for what is essentially 60 days if you take two tablets a day, and 120 days if, like me, you take one.
