The Homeopath in Your Hand: 77 remedies & how to select them using Homeopathy HEALS

My boys are 5 and 6 and I’m actually in the middle of studying homeopathy. They really wanted to know what I was doing and were desperate to know more about the remedies I was giving them so I tried for ages to find a book that was easy enough to understand the basics even when you’re only little.Then I accidentally stumbled across Lisa’s instagram page. Kaboom.Lisa’s book is phenomenal. It has pictures, easy to use, picks out the key points of the remedies and then she also sells a remedy kit to go with the book.My boys love playing the game battleship and they think choosing a remedy out of the kit is the same as playing that. The remedies are ordered and labelled really well and the box they come in is easy to travel with.Honestly can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for inspiring a spark of learning all about homeopathy in my boys. A skill for life.

I’m not one for writing reviews, but I couldn’t put off writing one for Lisa Strabcs homeopathy Heals book any longer.As a home prescriber I am always on the look out for new and interesting books to further my knowledge and understanding of homeopathy and this book is an absolute gem.At first glance I felt it may have been too simple for me, but how wrong could I be. The use of “HEALS” instead of “CLAMS” to repertorise is genius and so much easier to remember and apply in practice. Each remedy described is made clear with the use of visual prompts and lists that easily stick in the mind. The section on combination remedies and how to make them if you’ve run out is so helpful, as is the simple and clear dosage guide. This is now my go to book for a quick remedy check and I have even purchased other copies for all my children. Now they can use their kits independently, without calling me constantly, as it has given them the confidence to choose their own remedies.

Easy read,all explained very well

An easy to follow book for understanding and selecting homeopathy remedies.I am relatively new to homeopathy having found Lisa in December 2022, I've learned everything I now know from her and this book has been the icing on the cake. It’s the most used book in our house, it really helps to select the best remedy.I highly recommend this book for anyone, you won't be disappointed!

This is the clearest homeopathic home prescriber book I own/have browsed through. I love that I no longer need to cross reference 3-4 books and a pile of screenshots to choose a remedy. It's straight to the point and very friendly to the eye, the many little illustrations help to grasp and memorise the key points of the remedy even quicker.

Just wow! This book is honestly incredible and makes at home prescribing quick and easy. It is very straight forward to follow so even someone with limited /no homeopathy knowledge can use it with ease. I love it that much I bought it for family for Christmas!Highly recommend 10/10

From homeopathy basics introduction and “how to” Heals method, to excellent summarization of most used 77 remedies & combination mixes, beautifully presented graphically, key symptoms and uses etc. This book is a must have! Very useful and small enough to take on travels!

Love this book! I’m new to homeopathy and this book is such a great reference to come back to time and time again. In the back of the book it has “Index of Symptoms”, which makes finding the best treatment for the symptoms, quick and easy. In other books, I’ve spent so much time searching the symptom, knowing I read it somewhere, but having to re read it all to find it. Additionally, this book has pictures, which makes it easy to refer back to, as I’m more visual. Highly recommend!
