I really like this diffuser, but I'm having a hard time finding the full size essential oils to refill it with. I got the 3 very small samples with it, but they didn't last very long. I liked all of the samples they sent...they all smelled very nice.

Love, love, love this!!! I knew when i read the reviews that the sample sizes were extremely small to begin with so i went ahead and bought a big version to dump in and it always smells amazing in my place! The oils are pricey but they last so long so it’s worth it in my opinion. I would buy multiple if my place was big enough!😂

Totally forgot I had this until I saw the review. I plugged it in and it ran out in just a few days of the sample bottle. I used my own oil and filled it fully and it didn't last long. . To be honest, it runs out so fast I forget I even have it. Not worth the hefty price tag considering how much product you need to go through.Update: I've used for over a month now. At first it was working fine, though going through a lot of liquid. Now, it doesn't even work. It hardly dispenses any spray. In just a 200 sqft room you can't even smell the scent. It says it will put out 15 seconds of spray, it hardly does 5 seconds.Contacted seller support and never heard back.

The media could not be loaded.  The plug came off the unit in a way that won’t allow me to put it back in position. I have 3 units and 2 of them have the same defect. The plug has twisted right off the housing but there is a groove that will not allow me to replace and twist back into place. I don’t use excessive force to unplug them for refills of course, so I’m not sure why this keeps happening. Is there a solution for this so I can repair at home? Thanks.

Easy to use and works great. Love it!

For now, it works well. I give it 3 stars because it would be better if it had an app. I have one from another brand that has an app, and it's super practical because you can customize how often it releases the scent and set a working schedule, when it starts and when it stops.I placed this one in a small space, and the aroma is overwhelming since the longest time it releases the scent is 285 seconds (5 minutes). Also, not being able to customize the time results in more product being used
