Perfect, you can have it less than 10 tiers, only annoying thing is every piece comes wrapped in blue film which takes ages to peel off

Below is my initial review of this product which was written when I was really teed off about the length of time it took to replace. I do want to emphasize however that the stand now replaced is great and I would give the actual stand a four star and only because I use these regularly and would prefer that I didn't have to assemble it every time I use it. I had one that held together with metal rods and screws and it was fantastic for a portability point of view, but this stand other than that is definitely the better one.DO BUY A 5MM AND NOT A 3MM - THE DIFFERENCE IS MASSIVE.Please read this whole review.I bought this from another site. It arrived without instructions so I took all the protective paper off and assembled it. More correctly I tried to assemble it. Some of the supports went in very easily and some wouldn't go in no matter what I did. It ended up slipping with the result being that two of the supports broke and one of the plates split.I contacted the company and was initially told that because I had taken the protective covering off they wouldn't do anything. I objected and was told it was in the instructions. The gentleman to all intents and purposes indicated I was lying when I said the instructions weren't included.I told him that the stand would not go together, that it was crooked and actually sent photographs to show the problem along with a spirit level on the plate to show the problem.He finally relented and said he would replace the broken plate and supports - sent it back however when replacement received the stand still would not go together straight.After a bit of a song and dance they agreed to replace the whole stand and I sent the original back. At this point I was contacted by the owner of cakestandz and he personally looked after replacing the stand and refunded the postage spent in returning the stand. This whole process however did take over five weeks so was very frustrating.It has now gone together well and the stand height is very impressive.Also because I was so unhappy with how this had initially gone together and service I had received I ordered an alternate stand from another company that manufacturers them in 3mm as didn't think it would make that much difference.It does make a huge difference and would HIGHLY recommend that if you are looking for a stand that you look for a stand made out of 5mm acrylic and not 3mm. The 3mm does feel very flimsy in comparison to the 5mm.

Bought this for a friend's wedding and ended up leaving out a tier as it was too big for the room the event was held in. Very visually impressive.

Love the height and the option to create two smaller towers. More durable than other towers I have purchased.
