The plumber came to install this and the pump pipe came broken. Rubbermaid touchless soap dispenser project is becoming too expensive. First the 800 ml bottle didn't work and soap won't come out. Paid plumber for it. Amazon recommended 800 ml. So the unit stayed unused and non functioning. Friend suggested that the reason is that the top pipe in 800 ml unit is short and won't push the soap all the way to the nozzle so I need 1600 ml bottle. The 1600 ml bottle was ordered and plumber was called in again. The box was opened by Plumber and found that the pipe of pump was detatched. It was a defective shipment so I had to file the return and pay $100 to plumber additional for his visit. Amazon could have done better QA as well as made correct recommendation. I don't know where this project will end eventually and how much costly it would turn out.

Nice soap. Might be a bit on the thick side. Have to put my hands in front of sensor twice or 3 times to get soap.
