I’d been wanting a steam cleaner for a while, and when this one went on sale during Black Friday, I decided to finally get it. I did a lot of research to find the best option for my needs, and since the water in our area is extremely hard, the descaling filter system on this model seemed like the best choice, even if it means buying replacement cartridges from time to time. When the machine arrived, I noticed that one of the brushes was missing from the box. I contacted Kärcher, and a few days later the missing brush arrived. As for the product itself: it cleaned the bathroom to a shine. You do need a good-quality cloth to wipe away the moisture immediately, but the results were impressive. It even removed limescale from the tap that I had never been able to get rid of with any other method. I tried using it on the oven as well, the toughest burnt-on stains are still there, but I haven’t invested too much effort yet. I now mop the floors only with this steam cleaner. It’s very easy to use, heats up quickly, and you can refill the water tank during use without any hassle. The unit is lightweight, so carrying it upstairs is no problem. The included cloths do get wet very fast, and one or two aren’t really enough, so I’ll definitely need to buy a few extra sets. Overall, I’m extremely happy with it. I love that I don’t need harsh chemicals anymore to remove old, stubborn dirt. Highly recommended!

Brilliant bit of kit. Great for cleaning hard to reach and fiddly places. I use mine to clean painted walls. Have big slobbery dogs and they throw spit when shaking their heads. So each week, use the wide head and microfiber to clean all the walls. Also use it with the little bristle brush to clean the bathroom taps and grout lines. Easy to use, just plug and play. No settings to mess with or change, just put in your water, wait for it to heat up and away you go. Always liked karcher and happy with quality

Impressive cleaning power! I love how quickly this unit heats up, and the ability to refill while in use is a great feature. However, I’ve noticed that it tends to shoot out quite a bit of water during use. I contacted the manufacturer, and they suggested using it in short bursts—which I tried—but unfortunately, it didn’t resolve the issue. I now have to keep a bucket nearby because excess water starts to spray out even after the machine has been idle for just a short time. I’m still deciding whether to keep it because of this. I’ll reach out to the manufacturer again to see if there’s a better solution. That said, it cleaned my bathroom effortlessly—tiles and lino included. Everything felt truly spotless afterward. I live with health challenges, so anything that makes cleaning easier is a big help, and this product really does lighten the load. I just hope I can get the water issue sorted out.

Great steam cleaner - I bought this as a replacement for a Vax cleaner and it’s so much better. The unit is sturdy and the water tank has a great capacity. The different attachments offer cleaning options for all different areas - so far I’ve used it on floors, tiles and windows. As a large dog owner I like the way the steam cleaner leaves the floors spotless and the place smelling fresh, with no chemicals to worry about.

I was in two minds about purchasing the SC3 as I didn't think it could do better than any other brush and cleaning spray - How wrong I was. Once you set it to the desired Water hardness level and let it get to temperature which only takes 30 seconds you're all set to go. The steam really is constant and cleans stuff from tiles and grout that bleach wouldn't. The floor mop has removed dirt from floors I thought were clean. It takes 1L of tap water and gives you plenty of steam, I did my entire bathroom and half the kitchen before it needed a refill. When it runs dry it automatically switches off the pump to avoid damage and flashes red to indicate a refill is needed. Register your device on the karcher website for two years warranty. I'm very happy I bought this, I nearly didn't and know I'm cleaning my whole house with it. Pros: Impressive run time between refills Superior cleaning power Easy to use and setup True constant steam Good quality Cons: It only came with one floor mop pad and small brush mop pad, a few of each would have been better so I bought cheaper alternatives to go with it. Didn't include wire bristle brush for cooker etc which is now an extra purchase I'll have to make. This has opened my eyes to steam cleaning, I'll never go back to bleaches and other harsh chemicals An unpaid for review of a Karcher SC3 that I purchased myself.

Brilliant piece of kit making cleaning so much easier. Well worth it.

Does a really good job

Just received today. .thanks karcher . Feels really good moping the floors and cleaning stains that were 1000 years old . I'm happy with the product but I'm just worried about its maintainance and if any problem occurs in future because the karcher service center near my place doesn't seem to respond well . Anyway I give 5stars for this little German made performer.its great . Anyway , hey seller , if you get this rating or if you even read this please please reply or please respond about the maintenance of my product and the after sales service. Please. Thanks karcher

Not bad, literally made my windows like new...can't say that did the bathroom like I supposed to be, but ok!!! Don't use it on laminated or wooden floors/doors...spaces between tiles,cleaned good!!!
