Look no further this is the one
Yes, this is the book to buy I have diabetes, and within two weeks my wife has brought my type two down to below 50. The other thing it is a cookbook that is kind to your wallet

A Favourite
I love this little recipe book. Yes, it's 'small' and not a big hardback - but the recipes are fantastic - I have now made several of them. I hardly look at my other fancy hardback ones - this is a little gem. Good food, easy to find ingredients, kind on your wallet and good for your health. Wonderful!

Who needs a recipe for a boiled egg !
Handy size with a photo for every recipe (though I can't believe there's anyone who doesn't know what a dippy egg and soldiers looks like and needs a reipe to make it ! ) Not really cooking with pantry staples so pre-planning needed, especially for the spicy dishes. I think this one will be a dust gatherer or donated to someone else.

Mostly pricey items included... not cheap
Not exactly ‘cheap’. Also book is very small which makes it tricky to look at the pages whilst cooking!

Not new recipes
I was disappointed to find that a lot of the recipes that were in this book were also in the 14 day healthy eating book that I already had. The recipes themselves look straightforward and appetising.
