Very nice. Alot in bottle. Very small. Easy to take. Especially good for trying to have a baby. Good to get loaded up on this stuff if you are trying to conceive. Even if you aren't you should be taking... but for sure if you happen to get pregnant... helps form baby's spinal cord... ect. Vital to healthy baby development.!

I have been looking for something like this for a long time. I have been taking multi vitamins since I need to take them. I started taking these folic acid pills for my irregular menstrual cycle and this worked like a charm. I would say talk with your doctor if you need to but honestly I didn't. This worked AMAZINGLY!
