Bought this for a three year old birthday gift. It is on the small side but my daughter enjoys it very much. The wheels work great to move it around and there is ample storage to keep all the pieces in. The scanner and the register both make a little beeping sound when used but it’s not overly loud. Great gift for 2-3 year old.

This toy grocery store has so much to do. My great grandkids are having a good time playing together nicely with it. This toy is staying at my house. It is made of durable plastic, but there is a lot of assembly to do to bring this together. It’s not a toy, a kid can open the box and immediately have a toy to play with. Don’t throw the box away, the instructions are on the side; and buy plenty of batteries. It requires 5 AA and 3 AAA. There are some pretty glossy stickers to add onto the components to give it a more realistic look. It took me the better part of an afternoon to get assembled and ready for play. Overall, I feel this is a good toy. I am pleased.

The kitchen is, of course, made out of plastic so it’s not the strongest but that is to be expected.For the kitchen to came to me specifically, there were some scratches and “bruises” to the product.I don’t think I’ll be using the money as the material they used will rip in a split second. I would have to buy the fake money from the store that they use to teach how to count money.The “boxed” food, again of course, is very weak. I don’t think I’ll be using them either. Especially being some of them already came in bent.Overall, I know not all toys are going to be the strongest things in the world but this kitchen.. your child(ren) won’t really be able to do a lot with it.

I really like this toy. It reminds me of the kinds of things I liked to play with as a kid. The quality is decent, you don’t need any tools to set it up. The plastic pieces just snap together, but I did get stuck a couple times. I put the whole thing together by looking at the picture on the box.It’s as sturdy as I would expect, it’s pretty thick plastic and seems strong. It withstood me putting it together and having to remove and remove reinsert a few pieces. It comes with enough things to fill the shelves.You have to put all the labels on everything yourself. Including most the store items and pretend food. There are a lot of little cardboard pieces that fold out into boxes. It took a while but it’s really cute and definitely worth it.Great for playing pretend! Plus the scanner makes noise. I haven’t got a screwdriver the right size for the little register calculator, but I think it’s supposed to make noise when you swipe the card so I’m excited to get that working.
