Great value
Really good value and easy to attach to car only disappointment was plastic holders ... find them really difficult to fit our bikes frames (hybrid and mountain bike) looking for rubber ones now but no luck as yet

Poor quality and limited use.
The product was somewhat disappointing with extremely poor finishing to the ball cup which needed lots of deburring for the cup to fit over the ball on the tow bars on our vehicles. The carrying plastic holders also had flashings that needed to be removed to get them to slide on to the support bars. The effort to fit the carrier is also questionable unless you have athletic strength training ability. This with the necessity to remove it all if you want to use the boot as there is no facility to lower or swivel down the carrier as previous purchase does not give me a high satisfaction level.However, once reworked and a workout to get the carrier to fit it does its job if you purchase carrier straps and place your kit inside the vehicle rather than the boot.I would not purchase or recommend the item received.

Excellent value
Very pleased with this . Holds the two bikes really firmly . Amazing value and does the job perfectly . Very glad didn't go for any of the mega expensive alternatives as this works very well
