Truffle-isque Flaire No Danger
It has a truffle adjacent feel if used correctly. I mash one and add to butter or cream and add it to dishes right at the end. The finish is very deep, truffle like, umami rich finish. Super impressed. I used 3 bulbs for my mains and side lol in one meal for 2. Highly recommend. The scary review made me sus about it but I was like "listen husband if i start hillucinating or some weird ish, rush me to er" nothing happened and he then ate his dinner too in great joy.

When you order "one", it's one package with several in the pack. So it's worth the money. I don't think that it has much of any taste when raw. But when you heat it up in food, then the taste comes and is a very good, sweet taste. I haven't used these long yet. So I will need to wait for giving any information for health benefits. But I am happy with my purchase. Will be continuing to re-order. Update: I was eating one bulb almost every day. I finally had two left. I put it into my spaghatti, and chopped it up in the food. After starting eating it, I soon started seeing red, white & blue lights in my vision, especially when I closed my eyes. I could see my brain's electrical currents. It was extremely scary. My vision became very blurred and the lights became brighter & brigher. I had to call 911. My blood pressure was high. But by the time that they arrived, my vision was back to normal and the lights stopped. So I didn't let them take me to the hospital. But I immediately took "activated charcoal" to rid the bacteria from my body. I was fine the next day. I haven't ate any since then, and I haven't had the medical problem again. I praise God that I ate only a bite or two of some small chucks of it that day, instead of the entire bulb that I normally would do most days. I would hate to think what would happen if I had eaten the entire bulb that day. I believe it was because I didn't refrigarate it. The container only said to keep in a cool dry place, which I did. Although I can't prove it, I believe that it was Clostridium botulinum (Botulism). I am not necessarily blaming the manufactuer, but I think that the package should be changed to keep refrigated after opening. But now I am scared to ever eat them again. So I cancelled by subscription. Thank GOD that I am alive to tell the story.

Black garlic is sweet and of a jam like consistency. Not garlicky at all. Delicious eaten as a snack or spread on toast. So many ways to enjoy. I like snacking on it with warm brie cheese. I was disappointed to see this product is made in China. Says right on the front of the package. I purchased this one thinking it was a product of USA. Think I will just pay the few dollars more and buy Canadian. Then I know what I am getting.

Savory, and sweet at the same time ! Perfect as is or in a bolognese sauce for added depth, probably be good with just about anything.

I bought this product to help give my immune system a boost without having to take garlic pills which just make me wreak of garlic. This product is versatile! You can eat them straight out of the container, the peeling comes off so easily, or add it to recipes like pasta sauce, or smoosh it up to add to a salad dressing or stew. Very tasty and mildly sweet. I don’t get heartburn from this garlic either, so huge bonus!
