Exactly what I am looking for, a small, wood finished qi wireless charger for my new iPhone 8+. Not sure what type of wood but it feels like bamboo, the top has a circular rubber ring helps to visually locate the induction charging circuit inside. I like the light color wood which nicely contrasts with my darker oak finished nightstand. The charger has 2 LED lights, the red light indicates power is on, the green light indicates charging is active. This is not fast charger as its output is 1A which is what I want, the slow charge will not heat up the battery inside the phone which will extend the life of the battery. I normally set the phone on this charger to let it charges overnight. My iPhone usually has about 50% charge when I put it on this charger and it is fully charged in about 90 min. I really impressed with the simple but elegant design. Highly recommended.

Gave this to my son for Christmas- didn't work. Of course he didn't tell me until a couple of months later or I would have returned it.
