I've been trying various things to correct my "tech neck" so I was pleased and hopeful to find this neck exerciser. It's very simple but well made and sturdy. The padding is very comfortable. The Velcro strap does catch in my hair if I'm not careful, but I'm learning how to hold my hair out of the way. To exercise the anterior neck muscles, the strap is worn against the back of the neck. The large part rests on the clavicle while the chin pad rests beneath the chin. Gently push down on the pad with your chin and hold for 3-6 seconds. The instructions go into more detail. The Velcro strap is not used when exercising the posterior muscles. You instead hold the device in place by gripping the round silver end caps. the large part rest behind your neck and the chin pad rest at the base of the skull. Gently push you head against the pad and hold for 3-6 seconds. You're supposed to start with only a few reps and work up slowly. One part of the instructions was confusing to me. It said that there were four movements: frontward, backward, rightward and leftward. It's clear how to do the backward and forward movements but I don't see how I could do the sideways movements, and frankly would be afraid to try. Still, I'm happy with the device and think it will help.The instructions say to use it no more than five minutes a day,. That's a very small time commitment, so it should be easy to maintain.

Really like how helpful it is with my neck, I had the bad habit of always being down and this helps relief some tension and keep my neck and jaw firm.

This product is good quality but the adjustment is not that comfortable.
