Very good mouse for gaming!
I recently just switched from console to pc and my friend told me about this mouse that they had and I bought it and I don't regret it!

Great while it lasts: OEM scroll wheel dies fast
Great performance, but the wheel died out quickly just like many other mice sharing this oem. --- It's too bad, I like this mouse a lot but the vertical movement of the mouse decided to die on me on the 3rd month. The amount of hours on the computer and game time is well below average where I'm pretty busy half the day and may get to 3 hours of gaming per week. In this time of using it, the mouse has been the most comfortable performer for me. The latency response is pretty good, the software to control the lighting and dpi is well done. My personal use does not require any ugly grips to be added, unlike most other mice of this type, a big plus. As of 3 months of use, the vertical mouse scroll requires 3 rotations to equal one, meanwhile in reverse it only needs one rotation so its pretty jarring when you are scrolling and will trigger overuse symptoms in your finger. I have tried cleaning it but there isn't any hair or lint that I can see. Glorious warranty offered me 8ighty d0llars as a gift card, but the D3 upgraded version of this mouse I want has been out of stock and not on sale since 3 months, so you may find it difficult to get what you want replaced. The reason to choose D3 so I don't have to deal with another (3rd mouse) of this type to have its wheel die. Everything else still works fine I guess.

Good for 3 months, then issues started
Worked great for the first 3 months, mouse felt great in my hand, great clicks of the mouse buttons, etc. Then it started to have serious DPI fluctuations even though I have deleted all but 1 DPI setting (800). I would start a game, everything would be fine for 1-2 matches, then suddenly it felt like my DPI dropped substantially or doubled. It was never consistent, so I looked in game settings, making sure that it wasn't something that I did within the game some how, but all of my settings were as I had originally set them. This inconsistency in DPI made it really hard to play any FPS game. Battery life: Battery life has yet to ever make it to the acclaimed 71 hours, usually requiring a recharge at 48hrs (elapsed time with the mouse on), with a total usage time of about 12-16hrs with none of the LEDs being on, mouse set to auto-off after 10 minutes, and 800dpi at 1k hz polling rate. Will have to file a warranty claim with Glorious and hope that it is not a miserable experience as well.
