High EPA and DPA content, easy to swallow, and no fishy burps. Seems to work easing inflammation in my well-used and creaky knees. Quality product. My only complaint is that the bottle top does not always latch securely and I have had a few spills; so I deducted one star. I think I found my new Omega-3!

I’m 83 . My gynecologist told me to buy this particular product , that my system needs this . I have a pure system in that I don’t require any medication . He has me on 4 other vitamins that I take on a daily basis . The problem I had is under control and I feel great . There isn’t any fish taste , or nasty backup later . Pricey but worth it .
