Stopped working after 5 days! So disappointed
The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to see if this was a good model especially for the price. Unfortunately it stopped working after five days. Save your money.

All parts were included
Got mine 3 days ago used it 5 times and it makes bubbles, so I'm guessing it's hydrogen. Idk if it's in my head but seems like I'm sleeping better also seems to help with my ingestion.

Poor packaging, missing parts, incorrect product support
Glue for the product packaging failed and the box was open when I received it.The package was missing the charger and I am trying to get a replacement without going through the hassle of returning it and getting a new one.Their instructions literally say it is supposed to come with a charger on the packing list and it shows the photograph and everything) and the support said it was supposed to come with a USB cable but no charging block. (Which doesn't match the documentation that was in the box)Plus the charging port CLEARLY isnt USB of any kind. It's an old single prong type charger.Still trying to remedy this, hopefully will get an answer soon.

Mine didn't come with power cord?!
Mine didnt come with the chargingcable and it takes a very odd shaped non-traditional type usb plug with a pin type connector. the illustration on the instructions showed a different cable & charging base then what I saw on other buyer's pics.. but mine came with none at all so I can't tell you the long term usage results.it came pre-charged with enough for 3 charges and not very many bubbles perked up. And it says need to run it a bit go break it in. So I ran it a few times before it died with no way to charge it. I also have 2 other types of similar charging cables with a pin connector and tried both of them but they didn't work either.. I wish this thing worked and I could give a better review, but fact I can't charge it and I only could drink 3 bottles worth.. bummer.. the water tasted normal..
