Good mix & russs well
This is a good bread mix & was well risen. I used it in my new Panasonic bread maker but somehow the taste is still not like I remember good bread. I shall definitely try it again as gluten free bread mixes are often limiting.

Brilliant GF bread. Ridiculous prices
This has to be the most success I've had with GF bread mixes. The white didn't work for me, but the brown mix has produced two perfectly good and almost perfectly bread-like loaves of bread. (Anyone forced to eat GF bread will appreciate what I mean!) However, the price on Amazon is ridiculously high. I know it's hard to find in the UK but doubling the retail price is excessive. I'll be buying future supplies elsewhere.
