This vest is perfect. Not the generic one my company gives us that has no pockets. This one has 4 pockets and a strip where I can hook my badge. Pen/sharpie holders and spaces for various work necessities. Well made. I wish I had ordered this month's ago. Coworker's really like it.

Fits well, HIGHLY VISIBLE. An essential if you need to be seen. Plenty of pockets for smaller items. (Phone etc.)

The quality is good and it looks nice, but I bought the 2XL and it barely fits where other 2XL items fit fine. It's made with a mesh material which helps you keep cool. The pockets are a little smaller than I would have liked, but I was able to fit my radio, extra battery, and note pad just fine. If the sizing were more accurate, I'd have given it five stars. It's durable and comfortable and does the job.
