Been taking these since July 2024 and just received my 7th bottle. I'm taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening for a total of 4 daily. I haven't noticed any changes since taking it, however, about half the bottles have been short 1 capsule giving me 119, not 120. I've poured out brand new bottles into bowls to count them out. The seals are always intact so it's an issue at the factory when bottles are being filled. It's annoying to get to the bottom of the bottle to discover, yet again, that a capsule is missing. If it happens again, I'm canceling my subscription and will look elsewhere.

Wow. After 3 weeks of taking this I was almost crippled by the inflammation in my hips! Took about 8 days to detox once I stopped taking it. I hope it works for you, but, if you start getting unusual joint pain, stop taking it!
