I used this to make Russian dumplings for the first time, and was a bit skeptical about the ease of use being a total novice. However, it was extremely easy to use and does a decent job cutting the dumplings apart and sticking them together. I found that it helps to put a bit of flour on the outside of your dough and on top of the pelmeni before laying the dough down, to get the dumplings off in the end. Additonally, dont overstuff your dumplings or it makes a huge mess!

Horrible quality!When I first tried to use it- the paint particles from this product remained on the dough. So I thought I'd wash it in the dishwasher. After dishwasher it appeared to have dark tint. And when I touched it - it stained my hands black. I would return it but when I first used it - it was already past the return date. But I definately will never use it again. Will have to buy a plastic one.

This think is really ok, does the trick, bit if you compare with Soviet ones - ofcourse the quality of metal is worse here. But still I used those for my pelmeni and it’s ok, a bit too tricky to get those out of the form

Everything and more. After reading some reviews I was skeptical but so happy I purchased and made my own opinion.

Can not clean in dishwasher, and little hard to use.

This does not come with any kind of instructions. It has been trial and error figuring out how to use this. A bit frustrating. They do make symmetrical pelmeni.
