Sensitive skin
I don’t put really any products on my face but If needed to deep exfoliate I always used the exfoliate scrub cleanser iykyk (green product) years ago every once in a while. I wanted to find a skincare regimen since I’m high 20s and this is the only company I mostly trust. I use the cleanser/toner/cream (sensitive skin line) it’s been perfect. I really recommend if you’re hesitant on using things— no breakouts no allergic reactions (again as a young woman that is scared to try anything because fear of breaking out) lol. Smells good, works good, worth it.

Not the same
The formular has been changed without any notice to consumers. The cream has an odor which is not fragrance. I have been using this product for decades and it irritates my sensitive skin. It is thick like paste and not the smooth cream it was before. Someone posted that they were going to buy it from the Body Shop instead of Amazon. Beware. This product shown is what you will get. So disappointed.

My favorite one
I LOVE this cream,it’s the only one that doesn’t damage my skin or give me eczemas or upset my skin. I have a atopic reactive skin, nd also I have dermatographism. This cream works amazingly well with my skin and always calm it down. It’s sad they close their shop in USA, but happy to still be able to buy it on Amazon.I recommend it!

Best Cream Ever
I have used this cream from The Body Shop for many years - both the day and night versions. I have very dry and sensitive skin and this has always been the only cream that worked well for me. It also lasts a long time. Sadly, I only recently realized that the U.S. locations of The Body Shop have closed, and I was not able to order the cream from another location (Canada). Get it while you can from Amazon - or from any of the other U.S. retailers that purchased Body Shop products when the stores here closed.

Not the same product - smells bad and irritates skin
This is a completely different formula and not at all for sensitive skin. If the formula is going to to be changed, the packaging should be as well and an alert to the consumer. Very irritating to my face. Also, it smells like olive oil or cooking oil. Not at all something I want my face to smell like. Very disappointing to a customer for over 15 years. Body Shop - bring back the old product please.

I like that this cream is non-greasy and that it works for my sensitive skin. Highly recommend.
