I was surprised by the size but that was more my error than the product. I have been using this tumeric from a local supplier for a few years now. It is really good. I use it in my cooking but I use it mostly to regulate my gut health and help any joint pain I have. I put a tablespoon with a dash of black pepper in my tea each morning and drink every drop 😁. However, buyer beware this is hell on your teeth brush immediately after if using in drinks. Also good in smoothies
