मैंने यह HP Victus लैपटॉप (Ryzen 5 5600H, RX 6500) Amazon से खरीदा क्योंकि लिस्टिंग में साफ-साफ Microsoft Office 2021 शामिल बताया गया था। लेकिन जब लैपटॉप मिला, तो इसमें Office 2021 था ही नहीं! ❌👉 सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात यह है कि मेरे इनवॉइस में भी Office 2021 लिखा है, लेकिन Amazon ने अब अपने प्रोडक्ट पेज से इसका जिक्र हटा दिया! यह साफ दर्शाता है कि Amazon ने जानबूझकर गलत जानकारी दी और ग्राहकों को धोखा दिया।📢 यह सीधा-सीधा Mis-selling और Consumer Rights का उल्लंघन है। मैं Amazon से मांग करता हूँ कि या तो मुझे Office 2021 का लाइसेंस दिया जाए या फिर उचित मुआवजा दिया जाए।⚠ जो भी यह लैपटॉप खरीदने की सोच रहे हैं, कृपया सावधान रहें और Amazon पर लिखी गई डिटेल को आंख मूंदकर न मानें। यह आपके साथ भी हो सकता है!अगर मुझे जल्द समाधान नहीं मिला, तो मैं Consumer Court और Social Media के जरिए अपनी शिकायत आगे बढ़ाऊँगा। Amazon, अब ग्राहक बेवकूफ़ नहीं हैं!

Lot of issues low build quality hardware
I using this laptop from one year and it is so under perfom and so lags and lot of software issues drivers bios even after update by hp support and mouse pad lag and pad buttons below stucks at corner side lot of time and CPU and GPU heat fast that you have to always fan speed at max .. please I not to recommend for Gaming and content creators or 3d animationNow SSD burn and USB port not working.

Don't buy this product Battery issue
Faced a problem with the battery and the customer care is not solving the issue and are asking me to do trouble shooting to get the problem fixed. Even after that it did not get fixed. Then I called them again and they said everything is working fine, we have checked all the reports. After that I again told them that this battery is not working even for 1/2 hour. Then they sent me a quotation of ₹ 11000 and said that you deposit the money for it and you will get the battery when the laptop is under warranty.
