Not as bright as I had hoped and app control often resets without warning meaning timings and colours stop working. But for what they are they are good value. Great for path markers more than border illuNations due to lower brightness,, also lasted 31 days before fIling

The media could not be loaded. These are a great idea. The construction is really good and the cables feel form at each light. The lights themselves are rubber and look like they can withstand walking over. The remote works fine and there are lots of colours and the brightness is adjustable. Has a couple of settings to slowly fade between colours or run in a sequence. Even has a music mode where it will flash to sound. Definitely adds a nice look around our conservatory.

This set is a design I haven’t seen before. The lights are very easy to set up and use.You can put the spikes in the grass to decorate a lawn or to make a pathway. The spikes are short and stubby, so it’s easy to put them in shallow earth or grass. Because the lights are flat, you are unlikely to damage them if you step on them.There is an app, but it’s very clunky to use; you are much better off just using the remote. This enables you to change the level of brightness (with a wide amount of variation), change colour and choose between a steady beam and flashing. Modes like music and auto strobe add variety. The remote works at a range of up to 8m with no issues.The lights look waterproof, as claimed, though I haven’t tested this yet.The power lead is a bit short for outdoor use, but you could always use an extension lead.Good value for the quality. The version I received for review was the set of 115, but the set of 20 is even better value.A great set of lights which will transform any outdoor space.

Very impressed with this set of lights. Very easy to install, simply push into the ground where you want them in the garden and make sure you have access to a mains plug. I have a couple of mains plug sockets in the garden already so that bit was dead easy. And remember that the first light in the chain is actually the receiver unit so it is designed not to light up (it is quite clear in the instructions!).You can control with the remote provided or with the app. Both are easy to use, I had no problems installing and then using the app. The remote also worked straight out of the box, and that is pretty obvious in terms of how to change colours, patterns etc.Cable length is good, covers quite a long distance as there are 15 lights and 60cm gap between each. The cable and lights are both waterproof too, so should stand up to a rain shower without any bother. I gave mine a quick test with a light spray from the garden hose and there were no issues at all.I think these will be great for both summer and Christmas lighting if you are into that sort of thing! I would definitely recommend these as a fun outdoor lighting solution.

I hesitated a bit before ordering these lights as I much prefer solar powered lights, however I thought these would look nice on my patio and I have a plug socket near to the garden so not too much of an issue.You are provided with a remote control and piles (spikes to slot them into the ground) which are easy to install. There is also a user guide.The lead is a good size and I was able to surround plants and ornaments on my patio with the lights, some weren't even facing the right way up but the effect is beautiful. The range of colours is impressive and you can set them to rotate between the colours, there is also a music mode so they flash along to beats which is good fun!They are waterproof which I can vouch for as we have had torrential rain and thunder storms and they still work fine. There are 60cm gaps between each light which creates a good effect. There are 213 dynamic modes and 60,000 scene modes, I can't say I've had time to try them all but the ones I have tried out are lovely. I have uploaded a short video and a couple of photos taken at 11pm and I do love how they have transformed the patio.The remote control had a speed button which have never seen before, I also like the fact there is a 'W' button so the white light option is quick and easy to find. I use the remote control option rather than an app but the app is easy to use and offers slightly better distance operation (14m to 10m). You also have the brightness and timer settings, both work without any problems.I do love these lights but the fact they are plug in does mean a bit more messing around compared to solar powered ones and of course they are adding to energy bills. They are expensive too. They said they are really nice and seem very durable so taking everything into account I would recommend them.
