I had had the white cheddar before and it was amazing but these were not there was no flavor and they were stale maybe it was a bad batch

Pretty good tasting popcorn, but the packaging can be a bit confusing if you're not paying attention
Not a bad choice if you're looking to enjoy a snack while also getting some protein. The protein is added in the form of whey and milk protein. I was surprised that the flavor was able to cover up the taste of the protein, because I cannot make out that flavor. The flavors are quite good, just keep in mind that you will want to shake each bag before popping it open. Seems like most of the flavor likes to hide at the bottom of the bag.On the front of the bag, there are small bits of information about this popcorn. Not sure why they went with two separate measurements regarding the nutritional facts. Per the front of the bag, there's 70 calories in a cup of this popcorn, but a total of 5 grams of protein in the whole bag. Would have made more sense to just call out a total of 150 calories as listed on the back of the bag, but I guess you can easily just turn the bag around to skip the details on the front.Overall, a decent choice if you're wanting to snack on something different while also getting a bit of protein into your system.

Believe the reviews. It came stale and that completely ruined the taste. The protein powder is also very crumbly and falls off the popcorn. Also the price is way too high for the amount you get.

KUDO Protein Popcorn - 12 pack variety flavors - its delicious!!!
These 5g of protein KUDO Popcorn bags are fantastic. Helps me get protein in throughout the day, tastes great and doesn't feel like eating junk food. These single serve bags are perfect to toss in my bag, eat on the couch or keep in the car. Makes a great snack. I'll be buying more :)

The flavors are great, but the residue it leaves in your mouth and on your teeth is horrible...
