I always buy a non-peanut option and a chocolate/may contain peanuts for trick or treat. I ran out of these and had plenty of the chocolate( Snickers/Reeses/ etc left. This is all I am getting next Halloween 😄

I received my order on 3/15/24. The use by date printed on the candy package is 3/15/24. The used by date on the bag of candy is 7/31/24. How does this happen?!

This is a great variety pack. You get little snack-size bags of Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish. The candy is fresh and tasty. Each individual bag has around 5 pieces each which is great for portion control. I like the snack packs as they are great to toss into the lunches I make daily for a little sweet treat. The bag I received had 34 bags of Swedish Fish and 34 bags of Sour Patch Kids. The candy is fresh and of great quality.

Yes, I know there are two types of candy here but we're going to break this review down to 'Sour then Sweet' for the funsies!Sour:Before ordering, I knew that these little individual serving bags were small. However…I figured at least a good 6 pieces per pack. The swedish fish are close at 5…but the Sour Patch have just 4 per bag. Still a taste I guess, right?Sweet:This brand always has such fun candy mixes. You get about even number of each candy ( Sour Patch and Swedish Fish)! The best part is that both varieties are very soft and fresh tasting. That's rare, especially with Swedish fish. It's also fun that the Swedish Fish are cute and mini!Overall, I love the candy mix. I just don't like the few amount of pieces per bag but that's not really the fault of this 3rd party brand..it's more of an issue with the candy brand itself!

Weather you are looking for a Halloween snack for tick-or-treaters or you love to have candy and snacks in your pantry this is going to be great. I would say each little pack has about 5-6 pieces in each little bag. If you are a fan of swedish fish or sour patch you will get about 2lb mixed of both candies in this kit. The sour patch has that slight sweet and tingly sour flavor while the swedish fish are more like sticky gummies. The shelf life was about a year out which is more than enough time to eat them all.

So I want to be as fair as I can with this review, as one of the issues we had may not be the fault of the company, but it's something to keep in mind.So opening the package everything looks great! The sour patch kids are soft and fresh, and both the sour patch kids and Swedish fish have an expiration date in March of 2024. We had two issues with this pack. The first is that while the sour patch kids are soft and fresh, the Swedish fish were just not. They had a slight crust to them. And it wasn't just one bag of Swedish fish it was every pack we opened. The only thing outside of a manufacturing defect I could think of is maybe the heat in transit had an effect? I'm not sure.The second thing I'm not a huge fan of is the price. This pack is 21.99 at the time of review. For that price you receive 2lbs of candy. A quick search shows my local warehouse store selling a 5lb pack for 21.59 and that's not a sale price. It's also got three different flavors of sour patch as well, not just the original flavors. So really for this product listing you're paying for pure convenience, and not as much for the product. Personally, I wouldn't get this pack again due to price and the potential of getting more crusted Swedish fish.

Every bag was super fresh and the gummies inside were super soft. Everything tasted really good and was the perfect consistency and texture. Especially for your money this is a great choice.
