I have lots of hair loss due to medications. I have been using this product for about two weeks and I do realize a difference in how my hair feels and looks. I love the smells. I sure hope I can continue purchasing this exact product in the future.

Please note that this system says that it will make hair LOOK fuller in a week…not that it's a re-growth system. However…more on that later.So out of the box, all 3 of these products smell amazing. Shampoo and conditioner are blue in hue and smell mildly minty. The spray smells like a hair salon. When you use them, there is a cooling sensation. Afterwards, my hair felt soft and smooth…but super fresh and clean from the peppermint. The spray goes on nicely and leaves no oily or greasy residue.Now back to my first paragraph….Yes, it does make your hair LOOK a bit fuller. I don't know if it decreases shedding or just plumps strands that are already there. However, even though it doesn't say it regrows hair, it does have biotin and other ingredients that help with hair growth. So with time, I personally believe that it may also promote growth. It's too hard to know for me as I haven't used it long enough but it does live up to it's claims as far as appearing thicker.So depending on your needs, this may or may not be worth a try for you. I personally would continue to use as my hair thinning is still mild so this works just fine.
