I used one brush 4 times and it literally became unglued. That's how the bristles are "secured" in the brush. My daughter has had luck with the other brush. She has very fine hair, I have thicker hair, so I assume that is why. That said, I have bought brushes in 99 cent stores that lasted 10 times longer. So, if you have very fine hair, go for it, otherwise, I say stay away.

I should had read the other reviews before buying. The bristles weren't even glued in they fell out while I was brushing my hair. At first I thought I broke it until I checked the other brush and it came out with ease. These brushes are only good for those with fine thin hair not thick or curly. So if you have unmanageable hair like I do I 100% do not recommend you buy these brushes. They are great for my cat and dog though. They love them.

UPDATe: broke after less than a few uses! The red one broke after a few uses and the black one broke on the first use! DO NOT BUY.Very inexpensive paddle brushes and work well with my long wavy hair

These are junk, they literally lasted a few uses before they fell apart.

For the cost I can't really complain, but I would have like to atleast get more than a month out of the brush. The black brush broke while brushing my daughters hair. Now using the red in hopes this one lasts!

I was happy with the look of the brush when I recieved it, however, the very first time using the brush the whole bristle pad completely came out. These brushes are not well made at all and I feel like I have wasted my money on this purchase.

The brushes came in a cellophane pack of two. Easy to open, easy to use, no tears, easy to clean. They're perfect.

Good brushes, after you glue the bristle pad in! Neither had any glue or adhesive holding it together!
