Warning!!! This product caused horrible acne! The high levels of biotin in the product caused a rash like acne that spread all over my neck and lasted for months while I took this product. Reason for 2 stars is because the product is beyond sweet!! It is soooo sweet that is almost making me feel sick in my head, almost like getting a headache. I do love sweet, I can eat donuts and all kinds of candy but this, I don't understand why did they have to make is so artificially sweet. It seems like they used all possible sweeteners at once. Not sure if I will be able to finish this bottle. Correction of the review: Seller reached out to me and they sent me a different product that is much better with the sweetness. They were very caring to correct the issue, I appreciate the effort and the fact that they wanted to take care of me since the first product was not satisfactory. I changed from 2 stars to 3.

Tastes really good, like candy. Mary Ruth products have been a game changer for me. I drink it in the morning and I have a ton of energy all day. My hair was really thinning and after using this I started to notice my hair seemed to be growing in and seemed to be a little thicker. Make sure you shake very well before drinking.
