To early to tell, I'm just into my second week taking this supplement. I can say that I haven't had any side effects what so ever. And for that I'm giving a 4 out 5. So if the supplement starts working like it's suppose to, and I'm making gains, I will be happy to go to 5 out of 5 stars.

This supplement caused considerable nausea. (Yes, I took it with food and also tried half-doses). I also experienced liver injury symptoms while taking it, and I've never had them before. Although I have no way of confirming that this supplement was the cause, my symptoms were gone about a week after I stopped taking it. I have used several supplements by Toniq, including their Tongkat Ali, with no issues at all. I suspect the Fadogia, or possibly the combination of ingredients, that is the issue for me personally.

Funky stuff, does have an effect but really hurts stomach and I think hard on the liver with added insomnia also. I opened a pill and tasted the powder it tasted purely chemical, not herb like at all idk. If I could afford I would have it tested to see what's in there. Not going to take anymore, second time I've tried same results. questionable Chinese product and company. Use to buy there fenugreek but the color changed batch to batch dramatically, they said due to harvest time. That's a load of crap imo, I've taken dozens of fenugreek products they look and smell a certain way. Also bought there 25mg dhea, some pills are full some are half full, poor quality control.

At first I threw up and upset stomach when I took two of them like the bottle says. But then I gave it another chance by taking only one. Notice great improvements in energy and focus when working out. My beard and hair grows back alot faster.

I don't often take the time to leave reviews on products, let alone supplements as these will impact everyone differently. I was cycling a lot of the ingredients separately at different times and struggled to maximize the results. When I noticed they put them into a blended formula, I wanted to give it a try. After a couple days, I noticed the results and very pleased with the side effects and how this blend interacts with my body's chemistry. Keep up the good work Toniiq!
