VENTUCI Cold Brew Coffee Maker - Thick Glass Carafe Pitcher with Airtight Lid - for Iced Coffee, Tea, Fruit Water (850ml)

I have updated this review as first I got a faulty product and mainly that issue was reflected (see bottom).Customer service reacted in a very positive manner and helped to solve the problem, so now I have an item with originally expected condition:The concept I really admire and overall works and looks great as a carafe. Fits well in the fridge to store lemonade or ice tea, mix with fruits.Also seen on the street to offer home-made ice tea with fruits in Spain!The ice storage is also a good idea and works as expected. For my taste that amount of ice however is not sufficient, but works as expected to keep the drink cold for a few minutes longer.For me the cold brew functionility was the reason to buy the product. Works great for me, but I still need some time to paly around with different cofee and grind levels.I must add however that the filter (as usual such filters) is a bit fragile and be careful cleaning it.(origimal item received:)Unfortunately my original product had the filter part borken at arrival (the lid screw thread seemed to be broken off - not the part you would expect to be broken). Luckily, support from seller 121Warehouse was 5+ stars who helped to get a new item, I would be very confident making any purchase from them anytime in the future!For the product this adds up to 4 stars becasue of the fragile filter (and original issue with it).

The idea is good but they have managed to overcomplicate the thing. Cleaning is a nuisance, due to the useless "airtight" lid. There are no instructions, not even on the side of the box! Everything is guesswork, from making the first cold-brew (how much coffee should go into the filter, how long should it take to "brew"), to taking it apart for cleaning.I used a pirex jug and clingfilm before buying this, filtering the contents through a coffee dripper the following day. That is a lot easier!

Bought as a present for my husband who loves a cold brew. The ice cube centre is a great plus to keep the cold brew chilled. It's very easy to use, non-spill and is made of thick glass.

Makes good cold brew coffee. Two small quibbles are that occasionally I get dry clumps of coffee grounds when I clean it out and the inner lid needs to be actively held down to prevent leaks. If it broke I would buy another.

Nice to look at but for me the coffee isn’t strong enough... it needs a bigger hopper or a pour through mechanism to allow the coffee to infuse properly. I end up having to do a lot of turning and stirring etc and using a very strong coffee blend in order to get a decent flavour out of a full carafe despite leaving it for 12-16 hours to infuse overnight

Very good product. Only one problem, the airtight lid asked makes difficult stirring the brew without spilling.

Makes excellent ‘cold press’ coffee ... delicious!

The coffee is easy to make and tastes great. My problem with it is that the lid does not quite form a proper seal unless at the perfect angle, which makes transporting a full flask somewhat difficult
